A lovely little burr walnut dome topped Victorian writing slope. Brass vacant engraving plate with Tunbridgeware band inlaid surround, with matching escutcheon. Original lock with working key. Inside the writing boards retain the original velvet with tooled leather surround, a burr walnut veneered pen tray with original brass and glass inkwell and nib compartment complete with nibs!
